You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems;
- Introduce malicious code;
- Interfere with website security;
- Scrape or copy substantial website content without authorization;
- Use the website to conduct fraudulent transactions;

3. Product Information
Our products primarily consist of journals and notebooks designed for writing, planning, organization, recording ideas, sketching, note-taking, and related stationery activities.
We attempt to describe products accurately, including available designs, dimensions, formats, materials, page characteristics, and other relevant features.
However, minor differences may occur because of:
- Screen settings;
- Lighting;
- Photography;
- Manufacturing batches;
- Printing processes;
- Paper characteristics; or
- Reasonable product variation.
Such differences do not automatically constitute a defect.
4. Stationery and Intended Use
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended writing or organizational needs.
Notebook pages may differ in texture, thickness, ruling, binding, and writing characteristics. Customers should use writing instruments and accessories appropriate for the selected paper.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our journals and notebooks are not represented as waterproof, archival, fireproof, or suitable for specialized professional recordkeeping.
5. Product Availability
Products may become unavailable without prior notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product specifications, or correct listing errors.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact the customer regarding an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund where appropriate.
6. Pricing and Order Information
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing information. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may take appropriate corrective action consistent with applicable law.
An order confirmation indicates that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if additional verification or correction is required.
7. Payment
Orders must be paid using an accepted payment method.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions.
8. Shipping
Eligible orders receive free shipping, except that orders with a merchandise total below $10.00 are subject to a $5.99 shipping charge.
Additional shipping terms, processing information, delivery expectations, address requirements, and delivery exceptions are described in our Shipping Policy.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase, particularly if purchasing journals or notebooks intended for a specific event, gift, project, or deadline.
Nothing in our return policy is intended to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content may include text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, logos, design elements, and other materials owned by or licensed to WSO, Inc.
You may view and use website content for ordinary personal shopping purposes.

14. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely current, or free from technical defects.
This does not eliminate obligations or consumer protections that applicable law does not permit a business to disclaim.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WSO, Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

16. North Carolina Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law.
North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 75 addresses monopolies, trusts, and consumer protection, including the prohibition against unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.
No provision of these Terms is intended to waive a non-waivable consumer protection or statutory remedy.
17. Dispute Resolution
If a customer has a concern regarding an order, product, refund, shipment, or other issue, we encourage the customer to contact us first so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
Any formal dispute will be handled under applicable law and in a forum having lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.
